How can I charge for miscellaneous expenses at the copier?

To charge for miscellaneous charges at the copier follow these steps:

  1. Open the Print Audit 6 Administrator
  2. Select Copy Audit from the left pane
  3. Double-click the device you want to edit in the right pane
  4. On the Editing device window select the Function Keys tab
  5. You will want to Enable Function keys, ensuring that F3 is set to Use F3 as Misc
  6. Select Save

The Copy Audit should go offline and then return to connected. You can now add extra charges at the copier, by pressing the F3 key.
