I installed Print Audit but do not have the Copy Audit tab in the Print Audit Administrator

Issue:

Print Audit is installed but the Copy Audit tab is not available in the Print Audit Administrator.

Cause:

The Quick Install option does not include Copy Audit or the Copy Audit Communicator option was not selected during a Step by Step Walkthrough installation.

NOTE: Only one Copy Audit Communicator can be installed on a network. Installing the Copy Audit Communicator on multiple computers can interfere with communication to the Copy Audit Devices. Before you proceed to install the Copy Audit Communicator, ensure it is not installed on any other computers.

Resolution:

Reinstall Print Audit using the Step by Step Walkthrough and ensure that you select the option to install the Copy Audit Communicator.
