Configuration Service doesn't respond when testing with the Configuration Tool

Problem:

When configuring Copy Audit Touch via the Configuration Tool you may sometimes notice that the Configuration Service fails to respond.

This is often due to Windows (or a 3rd party) firewall blocking the port.


Resolution:

The fix is to add TCP port 17524 to the list of ports through the firewall on the workstation running the Configuration Service.
