I am tracking a new device, how do I get the device to become part of my existing Smart Alert Profile?

New devices will automatically be covered by any dealer/customer/site alert profiles which apply, unless that profile is limited to a different model.

Adding devices to profiles which are device based is done the same way as when the alert profile was originally created and populated. Click on the "Add Devices" button, select the appropriate Dealer/Customer/Site, provide and filters and click search. Then find the device in the search results, mark it's check box and click the Add Button, then clicking the Done button. Finally click Save back in the Smart Alert Profile to save the changes to the devices associated with the profile.
