LaCrosse Data Export Fails


Issue:
 

Large webservice export to LaCrosse fails

Symptom: 

Individual customer exports work. When exporting a large number of customers the export fails without error in Infinite Device Management. Scheduled and manual exports fail. LaCrosse webservices log shows a "Maximum request length exceeded" error.

Solution: 

For the LaCrosse web.config file add/modify the following line:
<httpRuntime maxRequestLength="131072"/>
A restart of the IIS site may be required for the change to take effect.
