Leading 0's in IP Address

My IP Scan ranges are configured as 192.168.000.001-192.168.000.254 but ICE is not scanning my ranges. What is the format for IP addresses under the Custom Ranges Section?

IP addresses configured for customer sites cannot contain leading zeros. Configuring your ranges with leading zeros will prevent scanning from occurring on any following range in the custom range list. If experience scan issues ensure your IP address ranges do not contain any leading zeros (i.e. 192.168.0.1-192.168.0.254)
