Manual History Events and Actual Cost Profiles


On the device details page for each device there is a History Tab, if the device is being tracked at the Platinum level, this tab will display various Historical events, like tracking level assignments, automatic toner change events, and the like. You also have the ability to create manual history events, each of these manual history events can have a cost associated with it.

These costs will be included when calculating actual cost for the device.  This includes any cost entered in a "Toner Cartridge Change" event type.  This cost would be added to the Toner Cost already entered in the Actual Cost Profile for the device.  To leave the Toner cost as entered in the Actual Cost Profile, simply leave the Cost as "0.00".  If there are additional costs associated with the Toner Cartridge Change, they can be added here.
