Troubleshooting User Management and Licensing Issues

To successfully complete licensing in User Management (UM), an Internet connection to "licensing.printaudit.com" via port 443 (HTTPS).

If having licensing issue, check to see if, TLS 1.0, 1.1 or 1.2 are enabled.   If these are enabled on the server, then check to see if FIPS has been enabled.  To do this:

Run secpol.msc (Local Security Policy).  Under Local Policy --> Security Options --> System cryptography: Use FIPS compliant algorithms for encryption, hashing and signing.    Disable this setting if enabled.
