User Management Mac Client Logging

By default, only error logging is turned on for the Mac client, typically this information will not be sufficient to prosecute client issues, these typically will require Full/Extended logging.

To enable Full Logging:
1) Open the Configuration Utility in the User Management Application Folder
2) Stop the client service
3) Select Full from the Log Level Menu
4) Start the client service

Then you will need to recreate the issue.

The logs can be collected through Console
1) /Library/Logs/root_usermanagement.log
2)  ~/Library/Logs/<username>_usermanagement.log
Where <username> is the name of the logged in user.

Both files will be required and both can be opened in Finder via the context menu of their console entries. 

Please submit the actual log files with your issues.
