Does Print Audit 6 support Secure (SSL) Email for Scheduled Reporting?


Currently, Print Audit 6 is not supported with SSL (secured) email for use with Scheduled Reports. When testing the email connection in the Print Audit 6 Administrator, you may see the following error message:


Email test failed. Please check your email settings and try again. 530.5.7.0 Must issue a STARTTLS command first


You will need access to an email server that does not require SSL to send outgoing mail.
