Issue:

Failed to get Active Directory user. Defaulting to NT domain.

Solution:

Generally, this means that the computer running the Database Communicator is not part of the AD domain that the Clients are on, so it cannot verify the Client information against AD.

We recommend setting Print Audit to run as an NT type network, or put the computer running the Communicator on the domain.
