Getting Licensing error when running Print Audit Administrator on a remote workstation.


When trying to run the Administrator on a remote workstation, the user gets a error "There was a problem with your licensing information. The computer hosting the database is not the same as that in the license:

License computer: <Computer Name/IP Address>
Computer: <Computer Name/IP Address>


The "hostname" of the database server differs from the hostname entered in the server name of the Administrator. The licensing thinks that the Database machine is different and raises the license error.


Make sure that both server names for the database Administrator and the remote administrator are the same ie: use IP address or hostname on both installations.
