How to set up pricing - Embedded for Kyocera

  1. Open the Print Audit 6 Administrator (Start -> All Programs -> Print Audit 6 -> Administrator)
  2. In the left pane click on Embedded Systems
  3. In the right pane double-click on an empty row, or on an existing device entry
  4. Double-click on a Function (Print, Copy, Scan, Fax)
  5. Select what default paper size you want Print and Copy jobs to show in reporting
  6. Select what Pricing option you would like to use for Print and Copy jobs
  7. Select what you would like the Job type to be
  8. Enter in the b/w and color costs
