When using PIN code authentication on Xerox Embedded, an error to contact System Administrator occurs when retrieving PIN code.

User receives an error message to contact the System Administrator when trying to retrieve the user's PIN Code.  This error can occur if the PIN Code attribute in the Secure Administrator has not be defined.  

  1. Login to the Secure server Administrator.
  2. Go to Setup --> Configuration.
  3. Enter the value for the appropriate Active Directory Pin Attribute.
  4. Please note that Active Directory Pin attribute names are case-sensitive.
