Windows 7 64 Bit PA Pop Up Issue


No pop up is received on a Windows 7 64 bit system. After enabling enhanced debugging the Wintrack log is not populated.

Missing tracking .dll files from the Client Directory.

Likely due to a permissions issue during the installation or incorrect threat detection by an antivirus software which quarantines the .dll files.


  • Remove Print Audit from the workstation
  • Reinstall ensuring to Right Click and select "Run As Administrator" on the Setup Executable.
