How to report a browser that doesn't work with Print Audit Secure.

If you experience problems using Print Audit Secure with a given web browser, particularly the embedded browser on MFPs, please follow the following procedure to submit the problem to Print Audit Support:
1. Point the browser at the following URL:
2. Save the resulting information.
3. Zip up the file.
4. Send an email to Print Audit support, attaching the zip file to the email.
The vast array of browsers and hardware capable of running browsers means your experience may range from selecting "save" from a menu to manually transcribing the page into a text file. Consult the appropriate documentation/support for your software/device.
