Secure Client Config - Error 5 when attempting to start the service

Error 5 is a Microsoft Windows message which is presented when a start request is made to a service which is already running. This message is presented when a Regular user running the Secure Client Config application is attempting to start the service. When encountering this message it is typically a problem with the permissions of the Secure Client Config application when referencing the service status. This does not affect secure functionality however, verify that the service is listed as started through the Microsoft Services console (services.msc).

This particular problem is display related only and does not have any effect on the functionality of the secure client. If there are issues related to jobs securing and the log entries do not detail the particular problem log on with an Administrator class user. Attempt a secure print and at that point the log entries populated will provide detail into why the operation is not being secured.
