When running the Rapid Assessment Key, a webpage and error shows up.
Issue: When plugging in the Rapid Assessment Key or running "raklaunch.exe/rakmenu.exe", an ECi Webpage appears along with a number of script errors.

Cause: The RAK application uses a web page as it's launch splash screen. Currently, the webpage is not redirecting properly.
Workaround: As a workaround, the RAK application can be launched directly bypassing the splash screen by running the executable file "parak2.exe"
