I received the following error when running the key, how can I fix this? 'CDBQuery::Execute - unable to open database file'

Issue:

I received the following error on the key, how do I resolve it?

CDBQuery::Execute - unable to open database file
or
Unable to start. Error: CDBQuery::Execute - unable to open database file

Cause:

The key is in the locked position so it is set to read only. When you launch the key, it attempts to create or update files on the key and the error occurs when the file cannot be accessed.

Resolution:

  • Close all programs on the key.
  • Remove the key from the USB drive.
  • Move the lock switch position on the side of the key to the Unlock position.
  • Insert the key and launch the program.
