RAKv2: The RAK needs to be re-licensed continually

There are usually 3 causes for this type of situation

1. There is a firewall blocking the RAK’s access to the license server

 - Check that port 443 (HTTPS) is open.
- Check that the user can reach the following URL via IE:
http://licensing.printaudit.com/LicenseServer/Services/Licensing.asmx


2. The scans.dat file is being deleted

- This file holds the licensing info for the RAK

3. The customer is attempting to copy the RAK program to another USB drive.

- Each USB drive has a unique serial number built into it, if the software is copied to another drive the serial numbers won’t match and the licensing dialog will be displayed.
