Rapid Assessment Key Log File - ScanErrors.txt

ScanErrors.txt - This file is created in the root directory of the keys if any errors occur during the scan. The most likely error you will encounter are time out errors.

If there are time out errors in the log, have the customer up the SNMP Request time out in the Advanced Discovery Scan Settings. You can up the SNMP Discovery time out if some devices aren't being found at all, but this can slow down the scan of the entire network. If it is an unexpected error, or something about an error in a script, get them to do a Walk and send us the results.
